We welcome dogs up to 300 lbs (yes, really). The platform is sturdy and designed to hold big breeds with ease.

Yes. We’ve designed the experience to feel secure and low-stress—non-slip floors, quieter vacuums, and a gentle ramp for easy access.

Can I bring more than one dog at a time?
Sure! You can bring them in together, but we recommend one wash at a time for safety and control. Bring a friend if you need help!

What’s included in the wash?
Everything you need:

Shampoo, conditioner, and flea/tick rinse
Vacuum (before and after washing)
Warm water with pre-mixed products
Pro-grade dryer

How long is a session?
Each session is 20 minutes—plenty of time to wash and dry most dogs. Need more time? You can easily add extra minutes at the kiosk.

Can I bring my own products?
You can, but you probably won’t need to. We’ve got premium shampoos and treatments already built into the system.

Is the water temperature adjustable?
No—but it’s pre-set to the perfect temp: warm and comfy, not hot or cold. Safe for even the most sensitive pups.
